We always take user experience as the core to drive technological innovation. Through continuous research and development and upgrading, we have achieved dual breakthroughs in the simulation of touch and durability of artificial grass, winning deep recognition from the market and customers.
In the research and development of simulated touch sensation, we have broken through the limitations of traditional single-filament grass fibers and innovatively adopted a "three-petal bionic grass fiber" structure to simulate the texture and toughness of natural grass leaves. By adjusting the gradual change in the thickness of the grass fibers and applying a frosted surface treatment, the softness of the touch has been increased by 40%. When stepping barefoot, one can feel the warm and smooth texture of the natural lawn, completely changing the stereotypical impression of being "hard". A customer of a certain parent-child amusement park reported: "After switching to the new grass silk, parents no longer worry about their children falling and getting abrasions. The laughter of children running and jumping barefoot has increased." "
In terms of upgrading wear-resistant materials, we independently developed "high-strength PE composite fibers". By adding anti-aging nanoparticles to the original polyethylene base, the breaking strength of grass fibers has been increased to 18N, far exceeding the industry standard of 12N. After a third-party abrasion test, the grass fibers showed no obvious fuzzing or breaking after 5,000 frictions. After a certain football club's training ground adopted this artificial grass material, even after an average of 10 hours of high-intensity training per day, the ground remained flat and wear-resistant. Its service life was extended by three years compared to before, and the maintenance cost of the ground was reduced by nearly half.
Technological innovation is not limited to the product itself. We have also established a closed-loop mechanism of "user feedback - technological iteration", collecting nearly ten thousand customer usage data and optimizing product details in a targeted manner. For instance, in response to the issue of grass fibers hardening in winter reported by northern customers, a formula for enhancing low-temperature toughness was developed. In light of the rainy weather in the south, the structure of the bottom and back drainage holes has been upgraded. It is precisely this kind of technological upgrade oriented towards user needs that has enabled our artificial grass to continuously lead the industry and become the preferred choice in the minds of customers for being both "practical and durable".
