If on-site survey is required, the consultant will bring professional tools to your place to accurately measure the site dimensions and record the terrain features, providing a basis for the scheme design.

Step 2: Customized Plan and Quotation: Based on the survey results and customer requirements, the design team will provide a customized plan within 3 working days, including product selection, paving effect diagrams, construction period, and other contents. The quotation sheet is clear and detailed, with no hidden fees. After the customer confirms the plan, a formal contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid to start the project.

Step 3: Professional Construction and Acceptance: A certified construction team will enter the site at the time stipulated in the contract and strictly follow the standardized construction process. From the foundation treatment of the site to the laying of artificial grass and the joint treatment, each step will be supervised by a dedicated person. After the construction is completed, invite the client to conduct a joint inspection. Only after ensuring that the expected effect is met will the final payment be made.

Step 4: After-sales Guarantee and Follow-up: Free maintenance training will be provided after delivery, along with a free maintenance manual and cleaning tools. In case of quality problems during the warranty period, we will respond within 24 hours and arrange personnel to conduct on-site maintenance within 48 hours. Regularly conduct customer follow-up visits to understand the usage situation and provide continuous technical support.
