Compared with traditional processes, energy consumption is reduced by 20%. The raw materials should give priority to recyclable PET materials. About 8 tons of plastic bottles can be recycled for every 10,000 square meters of artificial grass, reducing white pollution. At the same time, the production process achieves zero discharge of wastewater, and the exhaust gas is treated and discharged up to standard, effectively reducing the impact on the environment.
During the usage process, artificial grass does not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, avoiding the pollution of soil and groundwater by chemical agents. Each year, about 150 tons of water can be saved per 1,000 square meters, which is equivalent to the water consumption of 100 households in a month. For urban greening, it can also reduce the urban heat island effect. Tests have shown that the surface temperature of artificial grassland in summer is 5-8℃ lower than that of cement ground, enhancing environmental comfort.
After the product is scrapped, we offer professional recycling services. We disassemble and separate the discarded artificial grass, and the grass fibers and backing materials can be recycled and reused respectively, achieving resource recycling.
